The BEST solar incentives in Colorado!!
Purchase a solar Photovoltaic (PV) system and receive a cash rebate from CORE based on the number of watts you install. CORE will give you $2.00 per watt installed by a certified installer and tied into the electric grid. This rebate is up to $6000. for a limited time only.
Holy Cross Energy, if they are your electrical provider will also give you $2.00 a watt installed up to one half the cost of the system.
Or finance that PV system with a Zero-Interest Loan. (Please note that the Loan OR the Rebate program are available but not both for the same project). The Community Banks of Colorado is our partner for this program. Call their Aspen branch at (970) 544-8282 for more information.
Purchase a solar hot water system and get a Cash Rebate of:
$1000 for a 2-3 panel system
$1500 for a 4-5 panel system
$2000 for a 6 or more panel system
Or finance your system with a Zero-Interest Loan.
How to get Cash Rebates:
For Photo Voltaic Systems:
- Have your COSEIA certified system installer fill out a rebate application to submit to CORE after the completion of your system.
- CORE will issue a check
* Rebate amounts depend on size of your system (in kilowatts).
For Solar Hot Water Systems:
- Have your COSEIA certified system installer fill out a rebate application to submit to CORE after the completion of your system.
How to get a Zero-Interest Loan:
CORE has partnered with the Community Bank of Colorado in Aspen and Basalt to provide zero-percent financing on loans for PV or solar hot water.
- After determining the size of your system, call CORE to advise loan amount.
- Fill out loan application available at Community Banks of Colorado in Aspen or Basalt.
- If loan is approved, you will be responsible for the principle payments, and CORE will pay the interest.
