2023 Rebate Program

From day one, CORE has helped home and business owners conserve energy and reduce climate pollution. This support includes free technical advising through our energy concierge program and helpful rebates that save you money on your energy efficiency projects.

We’re excited to announce that our 2023 rebate program is now available. We invite you to learn more about this great program and take advantage of the opportunity to save on your building improvement projects. We streamlined our offerings this year in an effort to save you more money.

“One of the reasons behind offering participants larger rebates is that everything costs more than it used to,” said Ryland French, Senior Director of Regional Climate Strategy for CORE. “We also want to help make a real impact, including long-term financial savings as well as energy savings. Our rebates and advising services can make this happen.”

Residents can save up to $15,000 on projects and commercial and multi-family housing units can save up to $30,000 through CORE’s rebates. Some projects also may be eligible for additional funding from Holy Cross Energy, the state, and the federal government.

Rebates include:
● Heat pump space heating/cooling
● Heat pump water heating
● Controls such as programmable thermostats and heat tape timers
● Tune ups on heating and solar systems
● Commercial refrigeration and appliances
● Air sealing and insulation
● Solar PV
● LED lighting (commercial and multi-family only)

“Heat pumps can be the best way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions for many buildings,” said French. “We want to help as many people as possible transition to this type of heat over this critical decade to combat climate change. We also understand the new technology can be difficult to understand and highly technical so we encourage people to call us as our energy concierge can walk our customers through all the available options for energy-saving improvements and will help make the process fun and enjoyable.”
