The International Panel on Climate Change – 2023 Report

The International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) just released its 2023 report, which summarizes the organization’s findings over the last five years. The findings reveal more significant climate-induced damage to human, ecological, and financial systems than was previously forecast. The current IPCC projection points to further accumulations of climate pollution in the atmosphere and therefore still deeper impacts on our society and planet. Climate-fueled temperature increases will accelerate this trend. View the presentation slides for more information.

The IPCC report also suggests there is still time to slow and reverse these negative trends. For the first time, we know how to reduce climate pollution and we have easy access to the technology needed to have a positive impact on our community and our planet.
