Deborah oversees CORE’s philanthropic strategy and development team, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector to help strengthen CORE’s fundraising efforts and deepen community connections.

Her background includes serving as the inaugural President and CEO of the Aspen Valley Hospital Foundation, Chief Development Officer of Northern Dutchess Hospital Foundation in New York, and Director of Development at Vassar Brothers Medical Center Foundation. In each of these roles, she led successful capital campaigns, built strong stakeholder relationships, and developed strategic initiatives to support long-term sustainability.

Deborah has also held numerous leadership positions on nonprofit and chamber of commerce boards and served as president of her Rotary Clubs in both Aspen and Rhinebeck. When not in Aspen, Deborah resides in North Carolina’s Outer Banks with her husband, a retired New York State Police Sergeant, and their two dogs. She’s the proud mom of two daughters, one a producer with ABC in Savannah, Georgia, and the other an actress based in Burbank, California.
