Originally from Upstate New York, Sadie’s commitment to sustainability and environmental justice took root during the We Are Seneca Lake campaign, when her local community organized to prevent the expansion of fracked gas storage. She carried that passion to Haverford College, earning a B.S. in Physics and conducting her thesis on light pollution and its environmental impacts.

Before joining CORE, Sadie tried on many different hats in Philadelphia, working as a high school teacher, jeweler, Excel tutor, and, most recently, as a payroll administrator. She is thrilled to have found a role where she can use her eclectic background and enthusiasm for organizational efficiency to help affect meaningful change in her local environment.

Outside of work, Sadie can be found running, hiking, skiing, crafting, reading, or spinning out unbelievably ill jams on her mixer.
