Gina McCrackin is the Director of Regional Strategy at Community Office for Resource Efficiency (CORE), where she partners with local governments and community organizations across Eagle, Pitkin, and Garfield Counties to align climate goals, secure funding, and build regional capacity for climate action. She has led multiple successful multi-jurisdictional energy code initiatives and serves as a trusted advisor to local governments, utilities, and community partners on climate policy, program development, and implementation.

Gina specializes in facilitation, strategic planning, grant management, and collaborative regional initiatives that help communities achieve their climate goals.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, gardening, bluegrass music, and relaxing in the sun with her two cats, Merry and Pippin.
