This December: Celebrating Milestones & New Beginnings

What a year it has been! As we wrap up 2025, I'm inspired by the progress we've made together. This year, CORE invested $1.8 million in grants and rebates that helped local residents, businesses, and essential workers cut emissions and build climate resilience. From heat pumps in family homes to energy upgrades at workforce housing, every dollar created real, measurable change. December marks both an ending and a beginning, a time to celebrate achievements while preparing for the exciting work ahead. Here's to finishing strong and stepping boldly into 2026.

With Gratitude,

Energy Spotlight: Obermeyer Place

CORE's grants are delivering real results at Obermeyer Place. This project exemplifies CORE's commitment to reducing carbon emissions in key community projects, including workforce housing.

"Getting a CORE grant for our building automation upgrade was a straightforward process with simple paperwork. This helped our HOA, which includes deed-restricted housing, have a system running as efficiently as it can. Our utility costs are trending under budget and the system's online dashboard lets us quickly make adjustments."
